The Inn features 5 beautifully appointed guest rooms. There are three king rooms and two queen rooms, all with private ensuite bathrooms. Each room accommodates  two adults, making it perfect for  a total of 10 guests seeking an intimate getaway.

While we love children and families, our inn is designed exclusively for adults and is not set up to accomodate children under the age of 12.

For the comfort and safety of all guest, we are unable to accomodate pets dues to safety concerns, noise, and allergies.

Smoking and Vaping is not permitted inside the inn. Guests are welcome to use the designated outdoor areas. Please be respectful of non-smokers and always dispose of smoking materials properly.

Parties of 30 or less can be easily accommodated inside the Inn. Events with more than 30 guests are tented. The Inn does provide the tent, table, chair, and linens.

Whether you are planning a bridal shower,  engagement party, rehearsal dinner, company event, a new addition to the family, or a birthday celebration we can provide all the necessary means for the perfect event.

When booking weekend weddings, a 2 night minimum is required for all 5 rooms. Accommodations are not included in our packages; however, you may block the rooms with a deposit which will be refunded back to you when your guests book.

The date and time of your event is specified in your contract. No music is permitted after hours outlined in the Lumpkin County Ordinances.

Guest may provide their own alcohol. Bartending services are provided by the Inn.

The Inn has a selection of decorative items and table decor for weddings and receptions. Request to see what is available.
