Cancelling Your Stay
We require a 10 day prior to arrival cancellation notice. Should you choose to cancel your trip 10 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a refund of your deposit excluding a $25 processing fee. Should you choose to cancel your trip within the 10 days of your arrival, you will forfeit a full deposit of one nights‘ stay.
Convenient Check-In/Check-Out
To make your travel more convenient, we offer hassle-free check-in at 3 pm. Feel free to arrive any time after 3 and the information for your stay will be on the front entry table. Should you plan to arrive later in the evening your reservation details will include the Inn's door code. For guests needing an early check-in or late check-out, we ask that you please contact us directly and we will try to accomodate your request based on availability. Check-out is at 11:00 am.

While we love pets and children, The Inn at Blackberry Hill was designed as an adult environment and is not set-up to accommodate pets and children under the age of 12. Service animals, with the appropriate documentation, are permitted.

We are following all CDC guidelines when cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting our property. We're keeping our housekeeping team members safe, as well, with gloves and masks. Unfortunately, housekeeping is not providing daily refresh services at this time. Should you need additional supplies please let us know.
Additional Information
Quiet Time
Please be respectful to other guests by respecting our quiet time hours from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. We ask that noise levels be brought to a minimum as our guests enjoy their escape to the mountains.
Smoking
No smoking is permitted inside the Inn. Guests may smoke on the outdoor areas. Please be considerate of non-smoking guest, as well as the grounds and property.
